Grotowski workshop, Warsaw
This workshop took place from 3 May – 20 June 2017. The aim of this workshop was to form a group of international student group working on a legacy of Jerzy Grotowski in Poland. Works of Jerzy Grotowski were connected exclusively with his group of actors and his works are complete and theoretically well researched. Though his philosophy of actors body and ideas inherent in performances are highly inspiring – group of young people researching them in practice may have a chance to reach some of their limits at their current level of acting development. Pushing the limits means also making a short happening at the and of a workshop.
